Upon entering, the inviting kitchen opens onto a bright living room where the lounge area with fireplace, dining area, and bar create an atmosphere perfect for gatherings. Upstairs, three bedrooms offer peaceful nights with two single beds (90 cm) or a comfortable double bed, while a mezzanine under the eaves provides an additional double bed (140 cm) and a discreet office space. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower completes the accommodation, and the furnished veranda becomes a welcome retreat in every season.

Outside, the private, enclosed, and wooded grounds offer a safe environment for children. The cottage has central heating and access to a shared swimming pool with the "Chloé" cottage (open from May to September). Boarding for traveling with your horse is available for an additional fee. For organizational purposes, rentals run from Tuesday to Tuesday during peak season, an ideal way to travel with peace of mind and avoid the usual weekend traffic jams. From the cottage, walkers and cyclists can easily access the marked trails that crisscross the countryside, while history buffs can head to the charming medieval town of Charlieu and its remarkable abbey. Between walks in the fresh air, fishing in the nearby lake, or relaxing by the pool overlooking the rolling hills, each day unfolds at the soothing pace of the Loire Valley countryside. The grounds are private and enclosed (the owners have right of way to feed their horses and maintain the pool).
