Friendly staff, great housekeeping, excellent location, pretty new so rooms are in great condition. Rooms are tiny for two people, no room service. It's more of an officetel than a hotel. Essential twin room was located in higher floors - luminous with a nice view, the extra room was located on the 2nd floor blocking any light even though with a balcony. Balcony had no view and was covered by high walls. The downgraded room was preferable in this case, with no balcony. Good hotel overall.

Tribe foi uma das melhores experiências que já tive com hospedagem. Equipe fora de série, destaque especial para o Luís que foi super proativo, prestativo e solidário no atendimento. No momento em que cheguei e fui atendinda por ele, já sabia que iria querer voltar ao hotel na próxima oportunidade que eu tiver de ir a BH. Miriam também foi fora de série! Em relação as opções de alimentação presentes no próprio hotel, não tem estrelas suficientes aqui para dar. Trintaeum foi o melhor café da manhã que já tomei em minha vida. Há muitos restaurantes muito bons nos arredores, mas tudo o que há no hotel é da melhor qualidade. Vale muito a pena.

O hotel é lindo, moderno e super confortável. De princípio estranhei a proposta do banheiro, mas depois achei maravilhoso, os cheiros ficam bem guardadinhos ali dentro! Ducha forte e quente, com amenities super cheirosos da L'occitane, perfeito para relaxar depois de tanto andar pelas ladeiras de BH. Café da manhã MARAVILHOSO. Destaque especial para o atendimento de todos, desde a recepção até o pessoal do café. Uma pena não termos tido tempo de desfrutar o bar do rooftop. Localização mais do que excelente, a poucos metros da Praça da Liberdade, Casa Rosada e diversos bares, cafés e restaurantes. Não poderia ter feito escolha melhor para a minha viagem!

A equipe da limpeza é mal instruída. Em relação aos horários, eles são mais rigorosos que o habitualmente se nota em hotéis da mesma categoria. Não tem room service, isso torna o hotel desproporcional a qualificação dada. Pouca opção de snacks, pequenas refeições, bebidas, no lobby. O ponto forte: localização. Os demais quesitos, nenhum supriu nossas expectativas. Não voltaremos!

O hotel é novíssimo e muito bem localizado - perfeito para turistar pelo circuito da liberdade. Outros pontos positivos são o café-da-manhã (delicioso!!!) e o fato de o premiado restaurante Trintaeum ficar localizado no próprio hotel. Todavia, não ficou muito claro pra mim se é um hotel de luxo ou não. Apesar de os quartos (bem pequenos, por sinal) contarem com shampoo/condicionador/sabonete da L'Occitane, não havia sequer uma touca de banho ou algodão para os hóspedes. Do mesmo modo, ninguém se ofereceu de levar as nossas malas no quarto, ou, num dia de muita chuva, não havia ninguém na porta do hotel com um guarda-chuva à mão. Enfim, gostei muito da experiência e provavelmente me hospedaria no Tribe novamente, só não entendi exatamente qual o perfil do hotel. Se buscam uma proposta de luxo, precisam melhorar algumas entregas.

Quarto pequeno, cama casal tamanho normal (pequena) não era queen nem king. Pontos positivos: mobiliário novo e moderno. Shampoo Loccitane. Achei a localização tb barulhento (5º andar). Outro inconveniente se estiver de carro, não tem estacionamento, então terá que andar alguns metros a pé e com mala.
