This beautifully furnished two double bedroom apartment set within a beautiful courtyard in the heart of Belper town. Views of the beautiful courtyard and the countryside. Equipped to a high standard. Free parking with both train and bus station just 4 minutes walk. An abundance of restaurants, bars, cafe's, an array of fabulous shops, beauty and hair salon at the front of the courtyard. The courtyard lead onto the Market Place which holds a farmers market on the 2nd Saturday of each month. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Glassware, utensils, crockery and cutlery for 6. The lovely luxurious lounge has space to relax and watch the 55 inch TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and super fast broadband. It has a beautiful dining table all set for dinner. Fabulous setting for a few pre dinner drinks and dinner together.
