The apartment is only 15 minutes from Malaga airport and can be easily reached by car, taxi, or train from Malaga station. Recently completed, the new apartment offers 2 bedrooms, a 2 bathrooms and a shower room. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen and lounge/dining area. The complex offers a shared swimming pool.


The apartment is ideally located near to local supermarket, bars and restaurants and only a short taxi ride down to the coast to the Marina where you will find a multiplex cinema, Sea Life Centre, countless bars and restaurants catering to all tastes.



The apartment is close to Benalmádena Pueblo, a typical Andalusian village with quaint narrow streets and lots of Spanish charm. There are a number of shops, restaurants, bars and local amenities (including supermarkets, banks, pharmacy and the town hall).

Although the area offers peace and tranquility, the hustle and bustle on the coast is close to hand with plenty of restaurants, bars and night life - this is the perfect place to take your holiday.

The fantastic Tivoli World theme park is only a few minutes away from the apartment and there is a cable car from which you can see the whole of Benalmádena.

There are 2 golf courses close to hand, one at Torrequebrada and a newly built course in the Pueblo. Just a short drive away is the famous golf course at La Cala de Mijas.

Benalmádena is perfectly situated between the busy towns of Torremolinos and Fuengirola, both of which are only 5-10 minutes drive away. The gorgeous marina offers countless activities to occupy all the family.

The Aqua Park in Mijas Costa is only 5 minutes away via the N-340 road, where the whole family can spend the day and enjoy the water rides. There are all kinds of water sports available at Benalmádena Costa, including scuba diving, para-sailing and boat hire.

The popular towns of Mijas, Marbella and Puerto Banus are all within 30 minutes of the apartment so exploring further afield couldn't be easier. There are also day trips available to Gibraltar.

Fabulous stay

Fabulous stay just as pictures and description. Would definitely stay here again. The only problem is only having one set of keys and fob to get in and for pool as there was 4 of us and if someone was in the property and someone at gym/pool had to ring to let others down, otherwise perfect.

Property is fantastic, clean, spacious and has everything you need. The main pool was going through refurbisment, which was disapointing, The other pool is on the same level as the apartment so easy to go back and forth. There were only about 20 beds which meant that some people had to lie on the grass. The beds are very hard, but our host had 2 cushions that could be used, which definately helped ( for an appartment that sleeps 6 more would be welcome)We were only given 1 key and fob, which you need to get into the complex and also in and out of the pool area, this isn't ideal as it meant whoever left 1st had to then bring the key back round for the others to exit the pool area. The highlight of the apartment is the massive terrace, there's pleanty of space both shaded and in the sun.The area is quite quiet, but you have an Aldi right beside so easy access to shopping. There are 3 restaurants about a 8 min walk down the hill( the Indian is supurb) and Benalmadena Pueblo is about 20 min walk to the right when you leave the complex. There are lots of restaurants, etc there, the buses run frequesntly.We took a taxi to the Marina and also into Fuengirola, (you are equal distance between both). The Uber's are more expensive, about 25 euro, but a local taxi back was about 15 euro.The Marina is beautiful, Jack's Smokehouse is well worth a visit, food was amazing.

La residence est magnifique, le personnel au petit soin. L'appartement est splendide et tout confort. La vue sur la méditerranée est imprenable. Sejour de rêve à 10 min en voiture de la plage.
