Beautiful home, but not functional. This house only comfortably sleeps 6 adults. Many items were broken or non functioning. The hot tub shorted out. The maintenance person indicated it was a known issue and the hot tub needs to be replaced. The bbq didn’t heat up, refrigerator not really cold, broken pull out beds… etc. Disappointing given the price point of the rental per night and we had guests sleeping on couches. If you don’t actually need to use any of the home amenities then everything else is nice- location, beautiful views. We did enjoy the pool table as well. Overall I would not book this property again.

We chose this house largely in part because of the private jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it did not work. Additionally, the BBQ did not work. Of course, we had planned a BBQ dinner for 10, so we had to switch gears and cook burgers one by one on the stove (there was only one large frying pan in the house). We communicated these issues to the host as soon as we realized the issues on Day 1. After several frustrating texts and phone calls, two different techs ended up coming out to the house on the afternoon of Day 2 - so half of our day was wasted coordinated and dealing with technicians. The jacuzzi was not fixable and we were never able to use it. They did eventually bring a new, working BBQ on the evening of Day 2. Communication with the host was very disjointed. We received what seemed to be auto or AI generated messages, clearly not in response to the issues discussed in previous communications. We spent a large portion of our son's birthday weekend dealing with issues instead of enjoying our time together. For the very expensive price we paid for this rental, we would expect all items in the home to be fully operational, and for the amenities to accommodate the number of guests the house is advertised for (the amount of dishes/utensils and cookware were not in line with the number of guests the house is supposed to accommodate). Overall, an extremely disappointing stay and not worth the premium paid.
