Condo was very clean and had most things that were needed in the kitchen. There is a laundry room with a fee in the building. Beds were comfortable . Internet was poor for the first 2 days but new router was installed and it improved the second 2 days we were there.

Loved the location and having the balcony overlooking the river. The floors were EXTREMELY dirty and turned our feet black after walking around for a couple minutes. We had to ask our neighbor for a trash bag because the property only gave us one and it was not enough to be able to clean up at the end. The fold out couch bed is pretty lumpy but ok, watch out for the end though because I caught my leg on a loose spring and ripped my pants/leg open. The other beds were super comfortable. It was great how close we were to everything, and it felt like a super safe spot with plenty of parking!

Beautiful place location

The pull out bed was not comfortable at all springs falling out ..The dishwasher was full of dishes not put away Popcorn on kitchen floor not properly cleaned Only 1 tiny soap for 3 nights stay!I found a very nice housekeeper to stock us up .The location was awesome! All and all id love to stay there again except for the pull out couch.

Great Location

Property needs updating. Old stained coffee pot and thrift store kitchenware. We didn’t even use the back bedroom because it was so dark, dated and unwelcoming. Bedding was tacky. On the positive side, right on the river and excellent walking trail out front. Nice deck. A little work and this could be a fivestar property.

great view

The best part about this location is the view!!!! I was pleasantly surprised by the river view from the livingroom. It has a calming white noise sound of the rushing river that lulled me to sleep. The check in was very easy. The beds were clean and comfortable. Its so close to Downtown Bend that we walked everywhere. The indoor pool was a little humid but we opened all the doors/windows that we could and the breeze made it bearable to watch the kids swim. Thank you for a lovely stay.

River View

Loved our stay - the view and sound of the river did not disappoint! It was clean and the two bathrooms were perfect. It is an older place that has been updated, so the screen on the slider that didn’t move freely was a bummer, but quickly forgotten as you sit watching the river run. Also, the close proximity to the trail made it easy to walk to downtown.

Bend visit

The property is located in a wonderful spot if you like a flowing river view and walking trails through parks and to downtown. The sleeping arrangements worked perfect for our 3 people stay. The condo provided everything we needed for cooking meals.

Perfect little place!

We had an amazing stay! Super clean, lots of dishes, utensils, etc. The parking was nice, with a really nice view as well! Sadly we had loud neighbors but the overall stay was 5 ’s!

Convenient location

This place is well set up with everything we needed in the kitchen, nice layout, and located in a great spot along the river trail. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. I had chosen this place partially because there had been many positive reviews of the cleanliness. Upon arrival it seemed as though the floors were not cleaned. The bathroom floor was full of hair, I took a paper towel to wipe it up and I had a pile of dirt and hair. The other thing was the patio could have used a quick sweep before we arrived. There were toe nail clippings left on the porch. These were just things very easy to spot, which makes me think they did a quick or rushed cleaning on the place.

Bamboozled

The view was beautiful, and it was pretty clean, except that there was hair in the Murphy bed. The photos had to have been taken at least 2 decades ago. The place is very run down (peeling paint in the bathroom, carpet coming up in places, bedding that hasn’t been replaced in many, many years). It was basically an old motel on the river. We wished we had stayed elsewhere, and would NOT recommend it to anyone.

Great location!

Location was fantastic! Clean and well stocked. Like other reviews stated, the sounds of people walking around upstairs woke us up at night. It sounded like kids running back and forth all night. Nothing some earplugs can’t solve though. The property otherwise was 5 stars.

Bend is a great town!

Enjoyed the location of this condo. Was centrally located. The view was also amazing. The floors were very dirty. When barefoot our feet would all be black. I wiped up a water spill and the towel turned black. The sleeping accommodations were mediocre. Sofa beds are hard to make comfortable, however.

On the River
