The house was set up to accommodate our large family well - enough bedrooms and seating area. The bedrooms were decent sized too! Had baby equipment- which was great for us too!
Great accommodations for 6 adults and 7 grand nieces and nephews. Property is conveniently located between Bend and Sunriver - perfect for daily trips Mt Bachelor and visits to Bendâs Mill district and the village area in Sunriver.
10! Excellent property that accommodated 5 couples and our grandchildren. The garage had ping pong and foosball as well as pieces to build a fort and toy trucks for the boys. Everyone had so much fun. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with everything we needed. We highly recommend this place.
We really loved this house. There was plenty of room to spread out. Lots of places to sleep. Loved the 4.5 baths! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The garage was popular with air hockey, ping pong, foosball. David communicated very well and was quick to respond when we had questions.
We had 15 people for a family reunion. Great house plenty of space so you arenât on top of each other. Plenty of outside seating. We found the house to be a good value.
We had 9 adults and 3 kids in our group. There was enough space that each family had their own rooms. The house was very clean and there were also lots of things to keep the kids entertained.
The house was perfect for our group of 17. The large open kitchen and family room space was inviting and comfortable with a large outdoor hangout space connected. Also a fun selection of indoor and outdoor toys for the whole family. We look forward to future visits
Property was everything we needed to accommodate 5 adults and 6 children ranging in age from 16 to 3. Location was close to both Bend and Sunriver giving us alternate ways to travel back and forth to Mt. Bachelor for a week of skiing. The property owner was attentive and checked in on our stay multiple times during our stay. The price/value for this property was definitely 5 stars.
Very beautiful house equiped with everything needed for a cmofortable stay. Great setup in and outside of the house to accomodate large groups. Communication with the owner was excellent. Totally recommended
We had a large group and I was pleased to find that there was plenty of room for us. The home was set up to truly accommodate a large group. Some hosts accept large groups but arenât as thoughtful about the home set up. Plenty of dish ware, rooms, extra towels and linens, and outdoor amenities were all well thought out. I also appreciated the great communication from our host and willingness to work with us on time of arrival and departure.
Our group of snowboarders/ skiers enjoyed this large home in a quiet DRW neighborhood. Very well equiqped kitchen, almost too many accesories which competed for pantry space. Lots of toys, bikes, games in garage. More than enough towels, blankets, linen, etc.
Roku TV worked well. Overall, just minor nitpicks, really.
4.5 starsPositives: 1. HIGH VALUE. The house was massive and easily slept our 13 people. It was clean and ready for us. The beds were very comfortable, especially in the downstairs Master Suite. Also there are multiple cribs and a bassinet so it'll accommodate young families easily. 2. The kitchen was very well stocked, including a coffee grinder, which is honestly a huge plus. 3. It was only about 15 minutes to get into downtown Bend, about 45 minutes to West Village Lodge (we actually went through Sunriver to get to the mountain to avoid morning traffic).4. The hot tub was a bit murky and we found a lemon in it, but the owner was extremely responsive and sent someone out right away to clean and treat it. The Negatives: 1. The Signs. Signs EVERYWHERE on everything. It was unnecessary. We do not need multiple signs instructing us on how to strategize our showers to optimize water heated usage. Or signs on the second story window saying it's dangerous to play near. A suggestion to the host: please just use a few key signs like "No shoes in the house" at the entrances and put the rest in a House Guide in a binder on the console table in the formal dining room. Put your check-in and check-out instructions in there as well. It's much less hostile. 2. Builder fault, not owner, but something to consider: The drain pipe drains right into the main walkway to the front door and turns it into an ice rink. It was very slick. 3. No lighting around the hot tub.
