Worst hotel experience I've ever had. The staff smoke inside and around the hotel, so the entire property smells like cigarette smoke. I had to request a room change because the smoke smell in my room was unbearable. Even after changing rooms, I found that the AC was not working properly, which seemed to be a common issue in several rooms. Again I had to request the change, all the staff know about the AC issues in the rooms. But they will give you those rooms. Worst behavior. The biggest concern was the cleanliness. The bedsheets had not been changed after the previous guest checked out. The sheets, towels, and overall room were dirty and poorly maintained. Basic hygiene and cleanliness standards were completely lacking. The staff were unprofessional, and the hotel's maintenance was extremely poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please avoid booking this place if you expect a clean, comfortable, and smoke-free stay. Please don't ever book this
