Non smoking room smelled like smoke. There was a no smoking sign in room but clearly this was a smoking room. Shower was cold water only, evening activity was noisy. Would not rebook here. Overall negative experience for a this hotel.

If the tens of phone calls can’t convince the hotel people to cancel the booking because something came up. We called within one hour of booking ! People want free money .. The central location, nestled in the heart of the city, made it exceptionally convenient for exploring local attractions, shopping centres, and dining options. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Prince and Sanjay, who provided outstanding assistance throughout my stay. I stayed at Vivanta by Taj on three separate occasions, each time for one night as stopovers between my travel destinations. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Special thanks to Rajesh and Jayden, who accommodated my early departure for a flight by ensuring I had breakfast before leaving.
