The apartment is located less than 50 meters from Fustera Beach, between Calpe and Moraira, one of the most coveted beaches in the area due to its characteristics. Fine sand beach with a beach bar, nautical activities, picnic areas, children's games, and a supermarket 2 minutes walking distance.

Marta Beach 4 is located on the top of a recently built complex with a chill-out restaurant, swimming pool, sun loungers, and Balinese beds, even featuring live music on some nights.
