We had 5 nights at this property - it was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and the apartment itself had everything one might expect. The reason why we cannot give it 5* is the Spa. We paid extra for the Spa and although we enjoyed a big discount (which was offered on arrival), we did not expect to have to pay extra for the sauna, which was in the Spa block. This is most definately the first time that has ever happened to us. At 20 Euros for a hour to use the sauna (which necessitated phoning reception to ask someone to come and turn it on), which included heating-up time, it just wasn't worth it (although we were also offered a discount). If we were to exclude the Spa issues, it would be a 5 star rating. We would recommend use of a car as it is tricky to get to, and there isn't much in the way of infrastructure nearby (it is possible to walk down to the shop by the petrol station but it is a slog walking back up the hill).

Great accommodation for self catering and nice pool sauna etc which is never busy. Probably need a car if staying longer than 3 days but lovely coastal walks to Calpe

Liked the complex and apartment very much but need a car. The cafe/bar was closed beginning of October. The file of information stated there was s restaurant, open on Friday & Saturday on the site. There wasn’t & the reception didn’t know what 1 was talking about when I phoned to book s table.

Spotless home from home

Our family travelled to Parques Casablanca for a weeks chill out and it was fabulous. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. The pool complex was fabulous and sunbeds were comfortable and plentiful. You do need a car as there is nothing close enough (the beach says 700m but it seemed further and would be a very steep walk back - certainly didn't attempt it with the kids). A good spot for sightseeing in Altea, Denia etc... or like us, for a lovely apartment and a great pool. Parking was also available on the road outside which avoids the daily parking charge.

Nice apartment complex.

We stayed in a well equipped one bedroom apartment. Quite spacious. Very quiet but that may be due to the time of year. Satellite signal poor, reported to reception and initially fixed but signal dropped off again within 12 hours. We had to check out at 07.30 but reception not open until 9am. No facilities to leave key and no response to emergency phone number so we had to leave the key in the room.

Really nice room, very spacious, clean and modern, well equipped kitchen, lovely outside space, nice pool (too cold to use when we came out in early March) well kept gardens. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to friends and family.

Nice hotel but very remote - Car needed !

Most of the staff very friendly and helpful - Apartment very comfortable - Extra charges to use indoor pool / jacuzzi although both were way too cold to use - Nothing interesting around the hotel so car needed - Ideal for those wishing to sit by the outdoor pool all day but not for those wishing to explore on foot. 2 local buses ran every few hours - Was not best choice for us as away from any amenities that would have made our stay more enjoyable.

Nice aparthotel up in the hills.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The pool area was lovely. There seemed to be enough sunbeds to go around. The pool bar served light meals as well as drinks. The gym could have been better equipped but was sufficient as long as no more than 4 people wanted to go in there at any one time.

Quality peaeful place

Great standard of accommodation for this area of Benissa. In a residential area so you'll need a car if staying here. Great pool. Close enough to walk down to the small bay which has two fantastic bars / restaurants. Gym with indoor pool and spa are extra at around £4/day.

Wonderful apartment for a short get away in a quiet residential area. No facilities open at the complex when we were there so do dont go without a car! There are a few restaurants and a great German bar in local area, otherwise it's a drive into Calpe if you want the high life. Luckily we didn't.
