Villa Ika is a stone house located in Raštevic near Benkovac. It is 19 km from Biograd na Moru, 30 km from Zadar and 5 km from Benkovac. A ten-minute drive from the house is the Kličevica fortress, under which, at least in the spring, the stream of the same name flows.

Super schickes, stilvolles Haus mit toller Außenküche, sehr schönem großem Pool sowie überdachter beleuchteter Außenterrasse. Die ganze Ausstattung ist modern und äußerst geschmackvoll. Marta & ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig.
