We thought the hotel was beautiful and we were pleased with the room and overall its cleanliness. I am not particularly fond of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel from the refillable containers. Check in was nice and efficient. The casino was very big and had a lot of fun games, even though we didn’t win we still had fun. The food is our biggest complaint. We ate at the grill, it starts with a k. My husband’s steak was so bad he couldn’t eat it. It was cooked correctly but the steak meat itself was terrible. He spit it out. We both had a sangria and it tasted like the wine had gone rancid they used in the drink. It was not good either. Our bill came to $137. It was terrible. We felt very let down. Our waitress was nice but very overwhelmed. The hostess was also very rude and at first told us she didn’t have a table for two. But looked down and changed her mind quick. We didn’t know what to think. Anyway. We ordered room service the next morning and it came at the correct time. It wasn’t good either. I had the biscuits and gravy. No flavor and very very soggy My husband had the same and added bacon. Didn’t even like the bacon!!! We are telling you. Everything is fine here but the FOOD!!

Room was nicer than expected with a very comfy bed, linens, pillows and decent quality furnishings. Disappointing options for dining (Sun & Mon) and the two meals I had (lunch, breakfast) weren't very good The pool was really small for a hotel of this size Overall not bad and a decent value, but not a place I look forward to returning to

We loved our stay here. We enjoyed driving back to the casino from the highway and seeing deer along the wooded roads. Our view was the pool area which was beautifully landscaped. We did not get to enjoy the pool area because of the weather being cool, but it looked very inviting. We did some gambling and enjoyed a few frozen drinks at the bar ( which were excellent). The staff was very friendly. Upon arriving we were treated at the front desk and was assisted by the bellhop, Crystal, to our room. She was great and made us feel welcome immediately. The room was set up nicely, nice sitting area and very comfortable mattresses. We will definitely stay here if we get the opportunity to come back to this area.

Hotel was amazing. Friendly staff, good food and very clean!! The only thing I wish we would have known before booking with my kids was they need an adult anytime out of the room. My boys are 17 and this was an inconvenience. Otherwise we loved the resort.
