When I checked into the room the tv was still on and the bed wasn’t properly made and it gave me and my fiancé very uncomfortable feeling. The cleanliness of the room questions the ability of the housekeeping staff of this establishment.

I made this reservation for a friend. It was clearly stated on the itinerary that checkout was at noon, she was told that she would have to leave at 11 and had to beg them to let her leave at 11:30.Will not be using red roof inn again.

Floor and walls around door and surface of refrigerator were all very dirty. Vinyl covering of desk chair was 25% missing, If there were negative stars I would use them for the rating.
