This property needs some TLC. Outdoor seating area was overgrown, needed to be mowed. Indoor could use a paint refresh and a good cleaning. We love Bentonville, but this was a disappointment.
The unit was overall nice, I was a bit let down upon arrival. I arrived later in the evening, the porch light didnt work, the door handle was not completely attached to the door. Upon my arrival inside, it was cold. I will I stayed on one of the coldest days of the year, and the one unit was set to 69 heat, but the other was on 69 cool, so it took some time to room the bedroom up. The bathroom floor lacked insulation and was extremely cold the entire stay. Overall the unit was nice and the host offered coffee and snacks.
This was a wonderful space for me to stay at for a work trip. The host has thought of everything, and it is so comfortable. The location is also great being so close to restaurants, Compton Gardens, etc. I will for sure be back!!
We had a lovely stay- the location was perfect and the house was very cute and well equipped. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the place, linens were clean but the floors were not. However the experience was positive overall.
The apartment was just what we needed for our week in Bentonville. It was great having an outdoor area to eat our lunches and a bike shed for our bikes. We rented a car but didnât even need to use it since we were so close to town. Wonderful place!
My wife and i found the apartment more than met our needs. Michele has thought out all the necessities for a very pleasant stay, and she was quick to respond to any questions we had. Our stay was just a few blocks to the downtown square.
We had the most quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable at this adorable place. It had everything we could want and then some. We especially loved the outdoor seating areas, shower, and prociyto downtown Bentonville.
Great property that is a short walk to the Bentonville square. Great dining and shopping opportunities. This place has everything you could possibly need.
Cozy small cottage with a great location. Easy to walk to food, main street and museums. The host communicates all the details and the stay was without a flaw.
I loved the outside space which initially attracted me to the rental. Private use of the fire pit, outdoor table and lounge area including hammock. 2 blocks from the square so I walked there and also to Compton Gardens where I walked every day. I'll be back every year. Michelle thinks of every amenity including a small smores kit, snacks, bottled water, etc. which add that special touch to a home away from home...including the marshmello tongs/stick for the roasting. Perhaps the best VRBO I've every stayed at. Quiet too with birds singing.
