Decent Bentonville Location for Marginally Rennovated Home
Everything was functional, but this house was a quick and rough rennovation of a small home making it somewhat less of a value compared to other similarly priced short term rentals in Bentonville. We have stayed in Bentonville 4-6x per year for the past 6-7 years and typically get better construction finishes for similar prices.
The beds, furniture, and linens are similar to other rentals in this price range.
The location is OK, and in a pretty quiet residential area with other small homes and rentals. It is near to the Coler Crossing development that should soon provide some amenities within a couple of blocks.
This was a wonderful cozy property in a safe neighborhood. Couple punch list itemsâŠice machine not working in freezer, outlet in guest room w/ king not working (powers one lamp), lots of flies. All in all, very enjoyable & comfortable stay. We would stay here again.
Property inside was nice but this place needs some TLC. Showed up and house very hot, and fridge turned down. Both took hours to come on to regular operating temps, and guests were worried about the food going bad. House is located in a pretty shoddy neighborhood front and backyard needs some care- Inside is nice, but if you pay over 200 a night, you will be disappointed. We were there for our sons graduation so we got taken for a ride at almost 400+. when you're paying that kind of money you want the air to work and the fridge on even if somebody has to go turn everything on for the visit. We had very elderly people with us and this was not a great first impression for our trip. The location to the Square was great though, very convenient. Overall, we had a good time - Just gauge what you pay for this property-
