The Drop Inn was a delight! Brad and Maria have all the details covered from the bike themed accents, awesome recommendations for biking/hiking trails, restaurants and things to do. Our favorite part was spent cooking on the fire, watching the fireflies at dusk and listening to the wind blowing through the tree tops.
The Drop Inn is the perfect spot for a stay in Bentonville. The tiny home is very clean with everything you might need. Maria is an excellent host and provided great recommendations for the area. Hope to be back someday.
My husband and I stayed several nights and found the location ideal for our love of mountain biking as it was near enough to âdrop inâ and go explore the Slaughterpen trails. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed a couple of nights by the fire. The host was great with staying in contact and clarifying any concerns. My only hesitation for a second stay would be the lofted bed area. Although comfortable, crawling into bed and out wasn't always easy on our post-workout bodies! Otherwise it was great and the shed for hanging and washing bikes was an excellent bonus!! Thanks for a great stay!
We enjoyed our stay, used the firepit and watched the bikers on the trail. Slept well in the quiet neighborhood listening to the roaring winds. Bentonville square is "under construction" and sadly losing it quaint vibes with modern architecture but shops and food still great. For the price, would have liked to have bikes available for guests and the cleaning fees are high.
We came to Bentonville specifically to ride the Greenway bike trail. First, the trail was amazing even with the construction in and around Bentonville, and the hard working crews trying to clean up after the tornadoes. The tiny house is in a great location close to the trail and close to the downtown area where there are so many restaurants and shopping.
The owners were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this house to anyone riding the trails or just visiting!
Perfect place just off the beaten path to be close to biking and hiking trails! Busy weekend in NWA, but getting in and out of the area was easy. Not for folks with mobility or claustrophobic issues, but we loved it and the host was fantastic. Highly recommend!
The place is a tiny house in a backyard. Itâs right next to the woods, and we saw some baby deer as we arrived. The hosts are great and have good products to use, with a goodie basket. It was raining out, and the host was great and let us come early. The AC works great, shower gets hot, and there are a few extras like Edison lights and a fire pit. Great place for a get away.
The property was clean and in great condition. It was right of a biking/hiking trail which was fantastic! Maria was super helpful in finding trails to ride that were open. Tornados came through 10 prior to our visit so not all trails were open due to down trees. Despite that it was a great stay in a wonderful area.
Came to bike ride and the trails at the doorstep were perfect! Had a great stay and enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings.
Rented e-bikes from Rise and Ride and they delivered to our door!
This was our first time traveling to Bentonville to mountain bike and everything about this property and our stay was fantastic. Smooth check-in process, kind and helpful hosts, clean and well-resourced property. The mtb trails right out the door and the bike garage were huge bonuses for us. Highly recommend the Drop Inn. We will definitely be back!
We were greeted with genuine warmth by our hosts, and our accommodations were well located and comfortable. We appreciate the quiet little house that is close enough to the larger home that it felt safe yet private.
Cute little cabin. Perfect for a short get away. Clean, stocked with some basic necessities, and comfortable. Look forward to visiting again soon. Highly recommend.
Being obsessed with tiny houses, this was our opportunity to experience one. We loved everything about it.
The property was meticulously clean; tastefully and thoughtfully outfitted to anticipate a guest's every need and comfort -- the Ritz Carlton mattress slept like a dream; private and peaceful without being isolated -- located in a lovely residential neighborhood but tucked into a gorgeous natural setting that takes you away from the everyday. Excellent location for exploring Bentonville by bike or car.
The host, Maria, is amazing. This was our first VRBO, but it is clear that Maria has set the bar very high. She and the tiny house exceeded our expectations in every way.
We would definitely book a return stay or recommend this comfortable, fun, upscale VRBO.
A final note: We are likely older than typical guests of this particular rental. As long as future guests understand the nature of a sleeping loft and the inability to stand up in that area, this is a wonderful VRBO for discerning adults of any age
This was the absolute best getaway - a tiny house all to yourself but hidden inside a cozy neighborhood. The hosts are just lovely and gave the best advice on where to grab a bite in town. Icing on the cake was coming home at night to see 3 deer in the neighborhood âŁïž
Although this is a tiny home it didn't feel too small for my husband and I. It was nice and cozy, perfect for a romantic getaway. The home was clean, well stocked and the owners thought of everything. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!
