Great place to stay in Bentonville!! Easy walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. Bike and walking trail head literally right out the back door!! Very Nice
My husband and I predominately stay at VRBO's instead of hotel. You don't want to miss out on this one! Dog friendly, SUPER clean, perfect location, in a beautiful city.
This property is walking distance from Crystal Bridges Museum and 2 blocks from Bentonville Square. There's a Walmart Neighborhood Market right off of the Square. The unit is 3 stories with a garage, entry way, bathroom, and extra futon bed on the first floor. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor is 2 bedrooms and laundry room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, large fridge and microwave, dishwasher and tons of cabinet space.
The 2 bedrooms both have en suite bathrooms and both have the comfy king size beds. Lots of closet space too. I used the washer and dryer more than I thought I would and they're brand new.
Great internet access and TV channel selections when you crash for the night.
My husband commented multiple times that this was a great vacation. That's unusual for him. I can't recommend this VRBO enough.
Three separate living spaces so everyone had their own place. Modern, well equipped and the kitchen island is enormous. Two blocks from a Walmart Neighborhood Market, the Hive restaurant is 100 yards away and all the amenities of downtown Bentonville are a comfortable walk away. The one thing I would update in the property description is that the grill is a shared community grill for the complex and not at the property itself. Garage for this particular property is difficult to park a full sized SUV as it is at the very end and itâs a very tight turn. However, there is free public parking in a garage behind the hotel where the Hive is located just a stoneâs throw away.
Modern, light-filled condo with large rooms and very comfortable bedding. Stayed three nights, but could be âright at homeâ for a week or more. Location is superb. Situated right on the trail to Crystal Bridges and a five-minute walk downtown. We were able to park and leave the car most of the time. Great communication. Weâd stay again in a heartbeat.
A very nicely designed and well appointed condo. The location right next to the Crystal Gardens / Slaughterpen trail head could not have been better (or any MTB fans). Private garage to secure gear was great as well. We will be back.
Absolutely perfect location! You can walk to everything! Little bit âbuggyâ but itâs in the woods so that comes with the territory. The garage is extremely tight if you have a larger SUV, just fyi. The place has gorgeous views out the picture windows. We will definitely stay there again.
Our granddaughter is vivacious, artistic, and loves new adventures. Bentonville provides an outlet for all those qualities to shine. The property is right on a bike path (win for adventurous), within walking distance of Crystal Bridges (win for artistic), and within walking distance of downtown (win for vivacious). Now all the grands want their turn in Bentonville and to stay in the same place. Wonderful memories were made.
The location can't be beat! It's super convenient to walk almost anywhere. Crystal Bridges is about a half mile, downtown Bentonville is 2 blocks. We walked to the Momentary but that may be a stretch for some.
The property manager is very communicative- we got locked out once (our fault) and they were amazingly responsive to get us a new code. The unit is spacious and the beds are more comfortable than any other rental I've experienced. Would absolutely book again!
Family of 4 - 2 adults, 8 yr old and 1 yr old. We picked this based on location and loved the location.
We could let our 8 yr old ride laps on the trail outside and hang out in the garden nearby. It was fun to watch all of the riders go by from the patio.
As any townhome, there are several stairs. May not be great for those that do not like stairs. We did not mind it. We figured out how to block them for our 1 yr old.
Property was modern, clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
Loved the property! Close to everything in downtown Bentonville but still very quiet. Extremely clean and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The host were quick to respond to requests and inquiries. We will definitely book with CoHo properties again!
Location in Bentonville is great, right next to bike trails and short 5 minute walk to downtown square.
Property is fine, nice to have own garage for car. Cleanliness could be better. Sheets and towels on bed good and clean, but apartment in general has spider webs, spiders, and even crickets running around. Could be due to proximity to nature, but should still be cleaned more regularly. Check-in and out procedures good. Communication with owner/manager prompt, but took some convincing to get a reimbursement as original listing said a gym, but there was no gym. Listing I believe has been updated and owner did make some compensation due to error in the end.
I love the location, we walked everywhere! We rented e bikes all day, went to the farmers market and ate in some fabulous restaurants. We will be back!
We love this location and the property where, despite it being 100 degrees each day, we remained cool and comfortable when not hitting the trails. We will definitely return to this clean property boasting Scandinavian design and AC and appliances that all work very well. Loved having a garage, too.
What a beautiful space that was a prefect location for our stay.
Steps from the trail head for mountain biking or walking a short distance to Crystal Bridges. And a 5 min walk to great coffee and restaurants. Brand new and well decorated. There are 3 stories so lots of steps. Overall great stay for our family.
The location was great. The cleanliness of the property was great. Plenty of room to spread out but, the small two person âcouchâ using that term loosely, on the main floor was horrendous. There was only one other very uncomfortable chair in the room, so seating was limited to 3 people and it was all lousy. There was a nice seating area, firepit and grill in between the two buildings. That den furniture should be taken down there, disassembled with a axe, and burned. It would also be great if the place had a Kcup brewer, as it only had an old-fashioned coffee pot.
