The tastefully furnished house offers you a comfortable holiday destination. On the ground floor there is a living area with fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet and the terrace. The double bedroom, a nice bedroom with bunk beds and a separate guest toilet are upstairs. As extra bed in the living room a comfortable sofa bed for the 5th Person ready. A travel cot fits into the bedroom. In this house half a pet is allowed (on request). Bed linen and towels are not included in the price and can be booked.  

Peace and relaxation can be found in our thatched holiday house Schmollensee in Benz. The 2 Holiday house for 4-5 persons offer all the comforts and a child-friendly facility. The spacious sauna area is located in the basement and, as the washing of two flats are used (for a small fee). The village of Benz is 5 km inland from the seaside resort Bansin in a lovely countryside near the beautiful lake Schmoll. Not only the medieval church and the old Dutch windmill invite you to visit, the neighboring gallery "Kunst-Kabinett Usedom" attracts with interesting art exhibitions. Nature lovers will enjoy exploring the beautiful surroundings on cycling and hiking trails that will take you to the rural hinterland and the imperial baths of the island. Even a horse farm and a golf course Balm offer diverse entertainment. Arrival on the day of booking is only possible until 19:00.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Ruhe im Urlaubsparadies

Es war ein total tolles Willkommensheißen und es wurde an alles gedacht. Es war alles dabei: Für Groß und Klein gab es Bücher, Hör- und Brettspiele, Kicker und Tischtennis. Die Ruhe war ein Erholungserlebnis, das Feuerwehrcafé um die Ecke ein himmlischer Genuss und die Lage perfekt, ganz Usedom und den Bodden zu Erkunden. Ich als Blinde konnte mich gut orientieren, es war durch meine Familie easy dort zu entspannen und toll war, dass der TV auf Sprachausgabe eingestellt war! Wir kommen sowas von gerne wieder!

Ruhiges schönes Benz

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche, zum Strand sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Tolles Café und schöne Kirche gleich nebenan. Gute Kommunikation zur Schlüsselübergabe und für weitere Fragen. Gern wieder

Schöne Unterkunft ABER!!!

So an sich von der Größe ist die Unterkunft für eine 4 Personen Familie voll kommen in Ordnung. Leider war es nicht sauber der Abfluss im Badezimmer war total verstopft. Die Küchenschränke waren nicht sauber und das Geschirr hatte auch noch Essensreste an den Tellern. Und leider Schimmelansätze an den Fenstern im Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und sehr sehr ruhig. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist im nächsten Ort.

Ruhig,idylisch,erholsam und trotzdem nicht langweilig!

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Objekt, ideal für Familien mit kleinen und großen Kindern. Auch unser großer Hund hat sich in der grünen Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir den Saunakeller mit Tischtennisplatte und Fußballkicker sowie den Grillplatz mit Strandkorb. In und um Benz gibt es zahlreiche lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele.Für Familien mit Kindern können wir in Benz das Eiscafe bei der ehemaligen freiwilligen Feuerwehr sehr weiter empfehlen. Wir bedanken uns bei den freundlichen Gastgebern für den tollen Aufenthalt.Wir hatten einen erholsamen Familienurlaub in Benz, an den wir uns gerne zurück erinnern.

Ruhe, Natur, Landleben

In dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus im ruhigen Hinterland von Usedom kann man gut entspannen. Prima auch als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Strände und Supermärkte sind nicht um die Ecke, aber mit Auto oder Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Konzerte in der Kirche nebenan. Leckerer Kuchen im benachbarten Café im alten Feuerwehrhaus oder an der alten Mühle. Kein WLAN und mobile Daten eingeschränkt nutzbar.

Erholung pur

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt mit sehr ruhiger Lage die wir sehr genossen haben. Genau das richtige für uns! Ein sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter sowie zum Kontakt direkt vor Ort. Wir würden jederzeit uns wieder dafür entscheiden. Wir fuhren 10Minuten zum Strand, was will man mehr.

Winterurlaub auf Usedom

Wir waren jetzt zum 5. mal in diesem Objekt (alle 3 Jahre machen wir Urlaub auf Usedom) Diesmal war die Wohnung gut vorgeheizt, auch der Keller mit der Sauna war warm. Das Haus ist sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles hat gut funktioniert und man sieht, daß die Instandhaltung " im Gange"ist.

Sehr gemütlich, super zentral gelegen.

Wir haben uns im Ferienhäuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war super, eine große Wiese vor dem Ferienhaus und eine Tischtennisplatte im Keller haben uns zu sportlichen Einlagen animiert. Die Strände in Bansin waren mit dem Auto in 10 min (ca. 6 km) zu erreichen, auch mit dem Rad kann man von hier aus die Insel gut erkunden.

Idyllisch gelegen mit kleineren Mängeln

Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr schön l. Einzige Mängel man könnte besser putzen und für eventuelle Regentage wäre ein Fernsehempfang von Vorteil alles ist vor Ort leider bleibt der Fernseher dunkel.
