The room was very nice, clean and quiet and the bed very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location very near to the fernicular up to the old town but also not too far from the train station. Great hotel and great stay. Would have been better if the restaurant was open and the bar area was a bit more welcoming

Excellent location. Impressive foyer. Room was comfortable, clean and warm. Breakfast was very nice and staff in the restaurant were pleasant and worked hard. Staff on reception also polite and helpful. One suggestion would be to include easy to access plug sockets for charging of phones etc. Thank you so much.

Room was lovely and well appointed. Strange strobe-like flashing blue light on the fire alarm disturbed our sleep, though. Bartender at hotel was oddly unfriendly but other staff were congenial and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. Perfectly located minutes away from funicular to CittaAlta.

Beautiful hotel at the base of the old city. A short walk to the Funicular and a 1.70€ ride up to the old city is a necessity. We spent all our time in the old city.
