Living spaces
Two spacious living rooms provide plenty of seating for family game nights or quiet evenings. Three wood‑burning fireplaces keep the rooms warm on cooler nights, while central AC and heat ensure comfort year‑round. The game room, complete with its own fireplace, offers air‑hockey and foosball for friendly competition. Smart TVs and reliable Wi‑Fi let you stream movies or join video calls, though the remote mountain location can make the signal spotty at times—downloading content ahead of your stay is a good idea.
Kitchen & dining
The fully stocked kitchen features a large breakfast bar and beautiful views, perfect for preparing home‑cooked meals. A generous dining area seats the whole group, and the open layout makes it easy to chat while cooking. A grill on the spacious deck invites you to fire up a feast for the grillmaster in your party.
Outdoor living
Step onto multiple decks and a screened‑in porch for fresh air and mountain vistas. The hot tub, fire pit, and ample outdoor seating create ideal spots for stargazing, roasting s’mores, or simply unwinding with a good book. A circular driveway provides plenty of parking for all guests.
Neighborhood
Located in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, Dandelion Lodge sits minutes from Coolfont Resort, Berkeley Springs Brewing Company, and historic downtown Berkeley Springs. Nearby attractions include Berkeley Springs State Park’s warm mineral springs, Cacapon Resort State Park’s hiking trails and lake, and The Ice House arts center. While the community pool is not available to guests, we can recommend local swimming holes and parks.
