A September beach vacation can be tricky but the possibility of kayaking or boating from the dock of this property drew us in. The waterfront property and quiet, family friendly surroundings were perfect for all 3 generations.
The big birthday seafood boil.. just what the birthday girl ordered!

The house was well equipped with plenty of space. Very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and more for our big family dinners. 2 full size refrigerators for all the food and beverages! Location was close to Ocean City, we used the Beach club parking pass provided. Robin was a very responsive host and answered all our questions promptly. Neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet with beautiful views of the bay. Our group of 9 had an awesome time and we will definitely look for this listing for our next getaway

The property was clean and was accurately listed. It was spacious and great for our family of 8 people. The setting on the canal was great for crabbing. Robin was quick in communicating and answering questions. Overall we had a great time.

Great beach house if you want peace and quiet!

Very nice house on a canal. The kids, fish and crab on the canal all day long. They caught crabs and cooked them and eat them in the kitchen. The pullout couch was very comfortable. It was everything that ad said it was. My grandson forgot his tennis shoes on the upper deck and the owner was so awesome. She happened to be in the area where my daughter lived Three hours away and she offered to drop them off. That’s unheard of. We had a great time.

Relaxing Canal Home with Bonus Beach Club Access

We had a fantastic stay with multi-generational family members. We had a blast crabbing right off the dock but good thing we weren’t counting on our catch for dinner :) We also appreciated the access to nearby Beach Club, which was about a 15 minute drive away and made for enjoyable beach days. Host was very communicative with a couple of questions that arose during our stay.

Great for a large group.

Perfect for a large family especially if you have someone with mobility problems as the downstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with handicap accessible shower and another half bath which I found very convenient. There was a large sitting area also. The upstairs was spacious with a large kitchen and plenty of eating and gathering spaces. The big negative were the beds. The bed in the master was so high, I would need a 2 stepladder to get in. We were in the queen room downstairs and the bed creaked with every move you made. Spent 2 very uncomfortable nights. Couple in king bed downstairs also said it squeaked.

Large spacious home on canal

This large spacious home accommodated all our family needs. We had people of all ages ranging to two to sixty-two. We visited OC boardwalk several times, visited Ocean Pines pools, and went to the beach a few times. We love getting bagels in Ocean Pines. We drove to Assateague Island and saw lots of horses roaming nature. The scenery was beautiful. We look forward to booking our next trip in 2024.

Spacious lovely house

We were a family of 10 and had plenty of room to spread out in this beautiful house. It has a very well stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies and some paper products. Must bring your own beach chairs and beach toys as well as sheets and towels. Plenty of blankets and pillows. We caught a lot of crabs and even 2 horse shoe crabs but surprisingly no fish. Very good communication with the owner. FYI: As of 6/24/23 when we departed, there was a lot of construction noise from the house next door adding an addition. No serenity here every weekday till the construction is completed. Otherwise it would be a lovely quiet area. A large boat on a boat lift not shown in the photos takes up the entire dock and renders it unusable. Fishing and crabbing can only be done from the grass at either end of the dock.

Bringing Family Together

Our kids are grown and have busy schedules
 so we planned a trip that could bring us all together. This house was perfect for that. There was enough space for everyone to have privacy when needed and enough connected space that we could be all together too! There was an ample amount of cooking supplies and tableware! The location of the house was perfect for getting to anything! Ocean City, Chincoteague, Pocomoke City

Great house for large families

This beautiful house is a short drive to Ocean City boardwalk. The house was spacious and provided plenty of room for us to spread out when desired. The owners did a great job stocking plates, utilities, and other amenities. We plan to revisit next summer.

Amazing home with plenty of space. Fishing and crabbing right off the dock!

The home was very spacious, clean, and very comforting. The location is amazing especially for those who like to fish and crab. We caught fishes of all sizes including a very large cownosed stingray right off the canal dock. Dropping crab traps also yielded a bounty though most are too small and are not of legal size. The neighborhood in Ocean Pines is quiet and friendly. The home is close enough to the Ocean City beaches and surrounding attractions such as the Assateague State Park (lots of wild horses), casino, many others. Robin is a great host and communicates very promptly. The kitchen is fully stocked (pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc.) with just about anything you need to cook large meals. We would definitely look to stay here again if we plan to visit Ocean City, MD in there future.

This home has it all!! Gorgeous canal views and a large, well appointed home. Plenty of space for a large family to spread out. The owner was very accommodating. Left some clothing behind and she is mailing it to me. Thank you Robin :)

family getaway

The view and use of the Tandum Ocean kayak was the selling point for us.. Also the fact it had a handicap accessible bed room and bath room for my Mother-in-law. The crabbing and fishing off the back was very successful too. Nice place to stay, filled all our needs. The owner was very quick to respond on any communications. I would recommend for families even with children.

Softball Tournament

We rented this house for three families for a softball tournament as it was a perfect location! House was big enough that we weren’t on top of each other and had a big kitchen and large dining room table that a accommodated is perfectly. Great place and highly recommended!
