Clean, well located hotel. Main pool and spa were closed for refurbishment during our brief stay but wasn't reason for visit it was proximity to event we were attending at zitadelle. Perfect vacation

One of the best hotels I've been to! Excellent spa hotel with 2 indoor pools. The breakfast is great and has lots of options. A few bus stops from Ratnaus Spandau train station where you can catch s+u bahn and trains to other cities.
