Ok stay check in was not efficient electronic check in at stand but every person had to go to customer service after so was worthless. Hotel general appearance was nice the room was in working order and I liked the curious botanist toiletries. Called to have safe fixed as it did not work and never got someone to fix it. Did not recognize my parking credit perk from hotel.com so had to argue for it. Customer service was rude. Breakfast staff pleasant and helpful. Decent location for site seeing but need transportation pass.

Nice large room. Atrocious check in completely ruined the overall stay, and then after checkout taking so long to find a member of staff to collect my sorted luggage. The budget airline style do it yourself checkin save costs for the company is a complete nightmare as a customer, I am in my thirties so it cannot be blamed on age. Somebody was supposed to help but she was overwhelmed and kept going away to other guests struggling too. Bring back a reception desk and show guests a bit more Respect than the current absolute travesty of self check in more suited to ultra low cost airlines.

Everything about thks hotel exceeded our expectations. The bed was possibly the best hotel bed i have slept on. The check in was easy and modern, the only slight issue was we were on the 7th floor and the lift system was hugly confusing at first. But all in all a great experience

Room was clean. However even though i requested that green eco used so room didnt need cleaned for the 3 day stay, at no point was the coffee etc topped up. Ideally another english speaking channel would have been great that wasnt a news channel or an option to link phone to tv to use a big screen. . Staff were ok with the contact i did have
