The room has very well suited to a family with older children/teenagers. The main bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful. The location is excellent - there is a bus stop very close to the hotel and it is very convenient!

Spacious room and modern hotel with easy access to shops. Service wasn't great. There is no room service and the restaurant options are very limited. The hair dryer in my room wasn't working and I never received a replacement despite calling 3 times. The rooms are also very dark.

Was allowed to early check in prior to my short stay. Staff exceptionally friendly. Room was immaculate as was the full hotel. Breakfast perfect and ideal, massive variety. Bar restaurant was great also.

serous building work going on across the road starting at 6am, dropping scaffold piles, shouting, cranes moving. so noisy it woke me up. inside the hotel was a bit disorientating with booking in and lifts. then internal works going on kept me awake in the morning with drilling and hammering which sounded like it was coming from next door. lots of disturbed sleep.

I didn’t like that I had to take my luggage by myself after a long flight I needed some help BUT I loved my stay, clean ,quiet , breakfast was good too, loved the interior deco, very helpful staff they were my highlight…loved the comfort of the beds and enough space

The hotel is located in a quiet location, not far from a subway station. During our stay, one of the elevators going to the top floor didn't work. The body wash and hand soap were also not filled. Overall, an average stay.
