Clean, good size room with nice garden view. No luxury, stick to basic but color scheme is so pleasing. All people I came across, including front office, housekeepers, restaurant staff, were polite and helpful. Half of them don’t speak English but their helpfulness shown outwardly. They should emphasize that the hotel is just adjacent to the Wall Memorial, with street car stops in 50 meters. The best kept secret is the restaurant, the decor will please everyone with a nice private garden outside the floor to ceiling glass wall. Was an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

I booked a Classic Triple Room more than two months in advance. I was given a wheelchair-accessible room instead. I asked for another room and was then offered a Double Room. I accepted it, but I made it known that I was not pleased. I paid for a Queen bed, yet I slept on a Double. I wouldn't book this hotel again.

very lovely staff , in front of a section of the wall.. a very cute park close as well. you can see the tower from the street and nice coffee shops around . tram and metro in the same street .. perfect for a great stay in Berlin

Very nice, clean hotel if not slightly stark. Room large. No kettle in room as in UK hotels. Staff kind and courteous. Beautiful garden and pleasant outlook from the restaurant. Will definitely use again.

Clean and comfortable with helpful friendly staff

The staff were all friendly and helpful, the room (104, balcony overlooking garden) was clean and comfortable and in good repair. It is a quiet location, in a leafy side street, but close to transport and an easy 15 minute cycle or €15 taxi into the centre. I'd stay here again.

Great Hotel!

Came to Berlin to run the marathon, and couldn't have picked a better location! Hotel was great and very comfortable! Staff very helpful when I needed directions. So glad I decided to stay here!

We rented the apartment on the 6th floor which was fantastic. Unfortunately the elevator was broken and climbing the steps was not easy. We said something to the staff and was rudely informed that was too bad. The following day the new staff was nice and did not charge us the 10 euros for parking. Overall, the location was good. We were next to the Berlin Wall Memorial. Just needed the elevator!

Trip to Berlin

A spacious clean hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Close to tram line and Berlin wall memorial. The bistro next door sells variety of snacks and drinks. There is a spacious garden area to the back with seating, ponds, table tennis and two swings. We had a lovely few days here, the only down side was no air conditioning, but could open windows so we didn't mind too much. Definitely recommend it.
