In overall an excellent stay

Everything was good, very quiet room and friendly staff. Excellent central location and near the railway station. The only thing we can complain about is that there is a lot of smell from cigarettes in the reception area, not so fresh for us non-smokers. It would be nice if you could force the smokers further from the entrance as the smoke ventilates into the building every time the entrance doors opens.

Interesting I’m being asked to write a review because I did not actually stay there. I booked a same-day reservation through Expedia, and several hours later right before check in the hotel messaged me they were overbooked. They said I’d receive a refund but that has yet to happen. Overall a very frustrating experience that left me in a bad spot with nowhere to stay.
