Convenient

Moxy is a very convenient hotel to stay close to Berlin airport. There is a shuttle bus which operates every 30 minutes and takes only 10 minutes to reach the airport. The bus arrives/ departs from bus stop B, on the ground level near carpark 2. Dining at Moxy is available though limited but we found a good menu at Tonys pizza restaurant nearby. If you have a car, free street parking is easy.

It's within a short distance to the airport, however it's location also limits options for dining, as there is only the limited menu for hotel dining, or an Italian restaurant within walking distance available, and all other services require a car or transit. No refrigerators in the rooms, so you cannot keep drinks or snacks cool, and the AC did not work well.

Unhelpful

Staff were unhelpful, as an airport hotel they were unable to pre-book a taxi to the terminal for the morning. Really basic levels of unhelpful!

I really like my experience. The bus is in front of the hotel and people from the reception tells you everything about transport, where to go, what to buy, which option is better for you. They speak different languages which is very useful. I loved one argentinian (spanish speaking) guy that helped me a lot. They have welcome drinks for free, etc. The place is quiet, clean and nice. The bathrooms are amazing. Won’t choose another place and also good prices.

Funky Schönefeld Berlin airport hotel.

Funky hotel 4km from airport BER ! They have an airport shuttle back to BER airport for €3 per person. Good clean rooms so can’t fault this hotel at all.

Some parts of the property were outdated, but everything was clean. The staff were all very friendly. Many of us were there due to flight delays or cancellations, so we were probably not in the best states, but the staff offered to help where they can, answered every question, very friendly and were willing to help.

Great hotel.

Booked in at very short notice after our flight was cancelled. Moxy was close to the airport, had the most competitive rate and was extremely comfortable. The staff were polite and efficient and the room was clean. Room temperature was set at 24 degrees which wasn’t ideal but a fantastic shower.

Super convenient for the airport.

It was very convenient for the airport. We stayed overnight when we needed to get to the airport early, the shuttle was every 30 mins and the beds were super comfy. They also offer a welcome drink! Reasonably priced too, worth it!
