The staff were very welcoming on arrival. The room was spacious for a family of 4. It had a large double bed, a single fold away and a sofabed too. The location was excellent, a metro just a couple of minutes walk away and plenty of great restaurants options nearby.

The room was simple but comfortable and clean. Check-in staff were friendly. The highlight was breakfast, which had a really wide range of foods from cooked breakfast to cereals, breads and cold meat and cheeses. The location was fantastic, within half an hour's walk of all the big sights and near plenty of transport options (including to get to the airport). Would stay there again if i was visiting Berlin again.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with public transports nearby, connecting to all directions of the city. The staff were nice and friendly, they stored our luggage before we checked in so that we could explore the city. Very much appreciated!
