Great location at the airport awesome for short stays. We stayed at here and the other hotel next door on recent trips and this hotel was preferred - the rooms are more spacious and feel more luxurious. Meals are expensive but easy enough to walk to the terminal and get food from the option in the airport Breakfast buffet was great with lots of healthy options too, would recommend this hotel

Exactly what we were hoping for

Clean and comfortable. The rooms are well designed and spacious with quality appointments and decor. Excellent breakfast buffet and nice restaurant. Very convenient to the airport and metro options into the city.

Very poor services. First requested for extra pillows at check in on 24.08/2026. We never got them till checkout on 26th. Two whole days after despite a reminder. Second, the AC in the room wasn’t cooling well right from check in and stoppped working at all in the night of 25th. What an experience for a fine hotel that ought to be a five star hotel. Disappointing.

Airport hotel in Berlin

The hotel was right at the airport so that was good. The biggest thing that we did not like was that the air conditioning was not good. We very very warm during the night and had the same problem at the Steigenberger hotel in Berlin City Center. We complained but we were told nothing could be done.

Room nice and cimfortable but a definate lack of electrical plugs to charge phone and tablet. The only one visible was near the hall floor where one would plug in a vaccum cleaner! Not business friendly!
