Vacances à Besançon

Notre séjour a été agréable. Lorsque nous avons fait appel au propriétaire pour l'entretien de la piscine, il a immédiatement envoyé quelqu'un et tout s'est bien réglé A notre arrivée, la maison était propre, mais les ustensiles de cuisine ne l'étaient pas. La maison est spacieuse et agréable. C'est dommage qu'il n'y a pas suffisamment de chaises pour l'extérieur 4 alors que nous avons loué pour 11 personnes, ni de transats pour entourer la piscine.

Une honte, indigne d'Abritel

Enorme déception Maison globalement repoussante de saleté et de manque d'hygiène et d'entretien. Cuisine particulièrement sale et poisseuse, paquet de farine entamé et coulant dans un placard, lave vaisselle non vidé, ilot central non fixé (qui a failli nous couter un sejour a l'hopital).... Ustensiles de cuisine inutilisables tellement sales.... Prises de courant et interrupteurs déboîtés et fils apparents, portes de chambre forcées. Baignoire bouchée, sanitaires sales et souillés de ce fait non utilisés. La 3ème salle de bain dans le sous sol est ignoble et semble être squattée. Piscine inutilisable (verte et son accès dangereux (gros trous dans les lattes de la terrasse)). Après contact avec le propriétaire concernant la baignoire bouchée, grosse surprise de voir quelqu'un entrer par le garage et s'introduire dans la maison (heureusement que la porte d'accès à la cave avait ete verrouillée par nos soins). La baignoire n'a pas été débouchée. Conclusions : FUYEZ. Cette maison est impropre à la location et indigne d'être sur Abritel.

maison insalubre (cafards, mouches, odeur, taches partout, piscine très sale, pas rangée...), nous n'avons pas pu dormir dans cette maison obligé de prendre un hôtel pour les 2 nuits reservées, le propriétaire n'a pas répondu au téléphone ni au message. je ne sais pas comment cette maison est encore sur le site Abritel, je ne prendrais plus de location chez Abritel. j'attends toujours le retour d'Abritel concernant ma demande... en plus de tout cela, le strore banne était cassé à notre arrivée et posé sur sur chaise qui était posée sur une table, niveau sécurité c'est du haut vol. même à mon pire ennemi je ne souhaite pas passer une nuit là-bas.

Séjour correct, défauts à revoir

Nous avons passé un bon séjour une fois sur place. Nous avons apprécié certains matériels à disposition : machine à laver, lave vaisselle, congélateurs, la cuisine spacieuse, ainsi que la terrasse près de la piscine (mais attention quelques lames cassées dangereuses). A revoir : beaucoup de choses non entretenues (prises de courant qui ne fonctionnent pas, wc sales et abattant cassé, poêles non compatibles avec l’induction (nous avons du racheter des poêles), absence de lumière à la piscine (dangereux avec les marches), la piscine très sale. Aussi nous avons du insister auprès du propriétaire pour avoir les instructions d’arrivée le jour même (pas de réponses aux messages précédents).

Einmal und nie wieder

Bei unserer Ankunft trafen wir auf eine zugemüllte Zufahrt. (Fotos vorhanden) Bei Regen mussten wir in der Dämmerung die übervollen Einkaufstaschen mit Müll zur Seite stellen. Da das Seitentor nicht stabil war, wurde unser Auto an der Seite beschädigt. (Kosten 4500.-CHF) Im Haus war eine Temperatur von mindestens 25°C. Gewisse Heizkörper waren nicht regulierbar. Überall im Haus, speziell in der Küche war Schabenbefall festzustellen. Eine Schlafzimmertür konnte man gar nicht zu machen. Viele Türbeschläge fielen auseinander. Duschvorhänge waren nicht vorhanden. Das ganze Haus machte einen unfertigen Eindruck. In der Küche waren Dampfabzug und Licht nicht angeschlossen. Das Mobiliar war indiskutabel. Nach Rücksprache mit den Nachbarn, erfuhren wir , dass das Quartier nicht sicher sei. Keine 500 Meter entfernt wurde ein Jugendlicher erschossen. (Bandenkrieg) Erwähnenswert waren im positiven Sinn nur die Betten und das Dach war dicht. Wir reisten früher ab!!
