Bethany Beach Cottage mit Meerblick

Bitte beachten Sie, dass dies nur eine Samstag-zu-Samstag-Wochenmiete ist, während Sie sich für mehrere Wochen mieten können. Das "Grey House" ist ein zweistöckiges Haus mit fünf Schlafzimmern, einen halben Block vom Strand und vier Blocks von der Innenstadt entfernt. Es hat eine abgeschirmte Veranda und einen Veranda auf der Vorderseite des Hauses, und ein Deck und Boden-Ebene Deck in den Rücken mit zwei Außenduschen, ein 10-ft. Picknicktisch mit Regenschirm, Grillplatz und großer Sandkasten unter dem Haus.

Erster Stock: Die untere Etage verfügt über geräumige Zimmer und einen offenen Plan, in dem die Küche zum Speisesaal und zum Speisesaal zum Wohnzimmer öffnet. Die Küche hat einen Tisch mit vier Stühlen und einen Theke mit fünf Barhockern, die auf den Speisesaal zurückgehen. Der Speisesaal bietet Platz für große Versammlungen. Es gibt auch ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne neben ihm auf der Rückseite des Hauses von einem kleinen Korridor.

Zweiter Stock: Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer, darunter eines mit einem Kingsize-Bett, zwei mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein Viertel mit Etagenbetten. Alle haben Stühle und Sitzecken. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und eine Wanne und ein halbes Badezimmer daneben auf dieser Etage.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist während deines Aufenthalts der ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen kurzen Fußmarsch hierhin: Bethany Beach Boardwalk. Unter anderem verfügbar: eine Wäscherei. Dieses Ferienhaus beinhaltet verschiedene Annehmlichkeiten, unter anderem WLAN-Internetzugang (kostenlos) und eine Küche.

Owner was extremely helpful and responded to questions in a timely manner. House is about a block from the beach - with access off of the boardwalk. Easy walk to downtown area. Perfect location, amazing host. Provides starbucks k-cups, Charmin toilet paper, tide pods, moroccan shampoo/conditioner, neutrogena products. All the beach chairs and towels you'll need, same type/size umbrella you'd rent on the beach. TWO outside showers. I'm sure there are more quality amenities I'm forgetting.. it's those little things that make a big difference. You won't regret staying here!

Great for Families

Location is great, very short walk to the beach and end of the boardwalk. House was fully stocked with everything for the kitchen and a lot of beach stuff. There was a cute sandbox for the kids which the 2-4 years old we had loved. Beds were comfortable not too firm or soft. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful Family Vacation in Bethany Beach

Always Look Forward to this House

This property is top notch, a 10 out of 10! The location is great, it’s spacious with a well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds and furniture. The outdoor space includes a back decks, off the kitchen, a screen porch on the front of the house and a lower deck with a large sandbox. Love everything about this property!

Perfect beach vacation home

So many great things to say about this home. Perfect location . 1 block from the beach and the walk on ramp to the board walk is across the street.. Because the location is at the end of the board walk the beach wasn’t as full. We always had a great beach spot. The home is very spacious and clean.. The 3 seasons porch was the perfect place for the 3 & 5 year old to watch their shows . They had a place to be and it kept them busy while we relaxed in the living room and kitchen.. The screened in front porch was another favorite relaxing place. The bedrooms are very spacious and loved the benches in the rooms to place your items. Beds pillows very comfortable. Loved the Meyers soaps. .Beach towels large and plush. Loved the double outside showers. Large clean and well stocked with products. Kitchen well stocked. Large dinning room table for all to sit at. Loved the big selection of beach chairs and beach wagon. The host was a pleasure to work with. The free trolly has a stop across the street . We enjoyed using it several times The children enjoyed the trolly rides. So did the adults. Will tell our friends about this perfect vacation home.. Thanks to our host..

So Comfortable and Great Location

The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and all the beach gear is supplied. It is a short block from the beach, making it easy to go back for lunch or for a break. Six adults and four children 10 years old or younger all had a blast.

Fabulous house and location

No complaints whatsoever. House was clean, spacious and well-stocked. Host very welcoming and easily available for questions or problems. Location couldn’t be beat, a 2 minute walk to beach and boardwalk. Four short blocks to center of town, restaurants, shops and entertainment. Perfect house for families!

This house has plenty of space and is perfect for families with young kids. Just a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. We park the car and it doesn’t move for a week. We walk everywhere! The house has everything you might need including kitchen supplies and beach chairs. There is even an electric car charger! Tracey is excellent with communication and is an extremely considerate host!
