Having visited Bethel multiple times, this was not what we expected for the price. Bookings are handled by another business, which I suspect drives up the price.
The house may sleep 11, technically, but it does not accommodate anywhere near that many. It is rather small. It would have required every seat on the main floor for ten people to sit down simultaneously. There are only six plates, bowls, forks, etc. There is no pot large enough to cook pasta for six, let alone 10. No wine glasses. Only one baking sheet.
It looked like the intention was for the ping pong table to be assembled on top of the pool table (which wasn't in great shape), but it was broken.
