Check-in and room were great. I did pick this hotel based on location and that part was not ideal-not their fault the weather and street construction outside of the hotel makes walking to local shopping or restaurants impossible. The low stars has to do with the 4 inch roach that scurried across the floor during the busy breakfast 2/16/2026. That is disgusting, and telling of the actual level of cleanliness

Nice hotel.we had a high floor corner suite which was perfect for a one week visit.the shower was excellent. I have two complaints. One is at the hotel. Rents out the pool for infant swimming lessons and it is only available from 11:00 to 2:00, during the week and evenings . Also, the toilet in the bathroom is very low and is very uncomfortable . The breakfasts are good as are the dinners that are served. However, the hotel does not serve lunch and there are no offerings of apples or other fruit during the day. It would be nice if they had a little bit more available than the limited items in the gift shop. .

This hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel but the room and service accommodations are closer to a 2 star hotel. -Pillows were all flat, I called room service at 9:30pm for new ones and they said they don’t have room service at night. They said they would send some in the morning (not helpful at that point) and they didn’t come anyway. -Bathtub faucet in off position dripping the whole night, bathtub stained and dirty. -Shower head broken off of wall -air/heat unit making loud rattling sounds
