Spacious and recent house fully equipped, facing south near the vineyards AOC Faugérois and ideally located heart of the Languedoc region with a multitude of activities / visits to make.
We offer a unique, quiet, charming, rooted in the soil with a large garden planted with species of flowers, plants and Mediterranean trees.

Housing includes:
-Large living / bright kitchen of 33m2
-New kitchen (January 2018) and fully equipped (+ oven + dishwasher)
-Bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Washing machine.
-Garden garden of 650 m2 with many Mediterranean species, outdoor terrace (+ umbrella), provision of two bikes and a hammock with its support.
-Village of Laurens calm and ideally placed in the vineyard Faugères, between sea and mountain.
-Capacity of 6 people: 1 bedroom with matrimonial bed (160x200), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) + 1 extra bed, 1 sofa / bed in the living room.
-Access to all common rooms and garden
- At your disposal a binder with all the activities to do in the area.

schönes Haus mitten in einem Wohngebiet in einem kleinen Ort

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dem Haus und es hat uns im Prinzip an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt war sehr nett, wir haben viele Tipps bekommen. Schöner, etwas verwilderter Garten mit schattigen Plätzen. Zu einem familienfreundlichen Strand sind es etwa 45min mit dem Auto, zum Supermarkt 15min, viele Weingüter in der Umgebung. Um die Ecke ist eine gute Pizzaria und im Ort zwei Bäcker und ein Burgerladen. Béziers (20min) ist einen Besuch wert und wir waren in Carcasson (1,5h) und im schönen Gorges de l'Hèrault (45min) unterwegs.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Laurens sehr genossen. Das Haus ist - wie beschrieben - gut ausgerüstet, der hübsche Garten bietet zu jeder Tageszeit schattige Rückzugsorte, es hat uns alles in allem an nichts gefehlt. Nur an einem Samstagabend hatten wir musikalische Beschallung durch einen Nachbarn, aber alle anderen Abende waren ruhig und erholsam. Die Lage zwischen Meer und Hinterland erlaubt beides gleichermaßen zu erkunden. Vielen Dank an Arnaud!

Ein wirklich nettes Häuschen mit französischem Charme

Wir haben schöne zwei Wochen mit Kids verbracht. Das Haus liegt genau zwischen Strand und hügeligem Hinterland, so dass man Beides kombinieren kann. Es ist gut ausgestattet, es mangelte an nichts. Kleine Dorfläden gibts im Örtchen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Nice and Cozy House

We had a very nice stay in this house! We loved the simplicity of it, even though it had everything one needs and even more like 2 bikes and a hammock! Normally we would eat outside and enjoy the garden. Our son loved the huge comic collection even though he doesn't understand French. We were looking for something that was quiet and calm and this house definitely ticked those boxes. The location is good as it is almost equally distant from the seaside, a lake and a river - so we had always something to choose from! The village itself is very quiet too and has a nice village centre. It has a bakery in walking distance from the house where you can also buy butter, marmalade or milk. However for any bigger shopping or for most other things you will need to travel by car. The owners were very nice - the few times we had some questions they were quick to reply. So we definitely liked it and had a very good time!

Avons passé un agréable séjour. Maison propre et très bien équipée. Hôte très réactif et attentif...avec une bonne petite bouteille à notre arrivée. Petit point négatif : situation de la maison dans un environnement pas très « glamour ». A recommander dans l’ensemble.
