Excellent emplacement

Séjour très agréable, quartier calme pour le Cap d'Agde loin des festivités nocturnes. Plages juste à côté de l'appartement, vue mer et sentier le long des falaises. Belle terrasse dont nous avons bien profité. La climatisation serait un plus

Grosse déception

Travaux de réfection de la façade installés depuis plusieurs mois donc véranda et jardin dangereux bruyants et inutilisables.. Appartement pas propre Le propriétaire nous a prévenu de qques désagréments 2 jours avant notre arrivée !!! Il était prêt à nous indemniser mais il ne l'a pas fait et ne donne plus de nouvelles !!! Ce propriétaire est malhonnête et menteur !!!!! Abritel a clôturé notre dossier malgré des photos et vidéos témoignant des problèmes vécus... Nous sommes très mécontents !!!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour supee agréable au Cap d'Agde. L'appartement est très bien placé très bien équipé et super spacieux. La terrasse avec vue sur mer est un super atout. Le box privé pour garer une voiture est aussi un avantage indispensable en période estivale ! Très proche de la plage de la Conque (2 minutes) et à 10-15 minutes à pieds des zones commerciales=> placement idéal pour cette super location 😊👌 À refaire absolument!

Un appartement bien agencé, bien équipé, dans un coin tranquille du Cap d’Agde ... mais les lieux les plus fréquentés restent accessibles à pied . La terrasse, superbement équipée, vous permet de passer non seulement un séjour agréable , mais aussi relaxant...

Séjour agréable, à proximité de la mer

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement est propre, la salle de bain neuve. Idéalement situé, à deux pas des plages et restaurants, tout en restant au calme. Nous avons passé de bons moments sur la terrasse, son salon de jardin, ses transats. Philippe s'est montré très attentif à notre bien-être sur place. Je conseille cette location.
