When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was nice and polite but tried to charge us a higher price than what was confirmed at the time of the booking. When I showed him the confirmation email with the right price he said that the room category we had booked was fully booked and that "someone" had upgraded us to a bigger room. In the end we got the "upgrade" and paid the initial price. The room was actually a family room for up to 4 people (we were 2) with a big balcony were we had a kitchenette, and with somewhat of a sea view. However it was a bit dusty and there was a fair amount of hairs left in the bathroom, otherwise it was clean. There was also a stuffed smell in the room that made us think that the room hadn't been used in a while.

La vue sur la plage est le point fort

Joli hôtel mais légèrement vieillissant. Accueil plutôt mitigé, toujours quelqu'un a l'accueil mais pas vraiment sympathique. Chambre agréable avec vu sur la mer et balcon le top. Cependant manque d'équipement (frigo par exemple). Décoration vieillissante. Salle de bain laisse à désirer la baignoire est petite une ampoule de casser et pas remplacer et porte du placard également. Nous y retournerons cependant pour l'emplacement à 2 pas de la plage et pour la vue ! Hôtel éloigné du centre ville donc pas de nuisance sonores nocturnes mais proche de la voie ferré du transport de marchandises donc légèrement bruyant dans la journée mais on s'habitue !

Nous avons passé un séjour tres agréable :l hôtel est à côté de la plage .il est un peu loin du centre de Marseillan à pied (10 min).Le personnel de l hôtel était serviable et au petit soin La chambre était propre climatisee le déjeuner complet et à volonté .Les chambres ont été en partie rénovées(sanitaires,murs)et ont une véranda équipée d une table , de fauteuils et d un etandage Finir les rénovations leur suffirait pour être parfait (sol vieillot par rapport au reste de la salle de bain ,baie vitrée un peu dure) Ils ont un parking privé et gardé qui est payant mais il y a possibilité de se garer sur un parking gratuit public proche de l hotel

Nous étions de passage à Marseillan. Cet hôtel est situé a distance du centre ville, au bord de la mer. Pas de bruit de circulation et de voiture: repos absolu. Nous recommandons donc vivement cet hôtel accueillant et très bien situé.

Het hotel ligt aan het eind van de bebouwing, rustig, met uitzicht op duinen en zee. Elke kamer heeft een balkon met zeezicht. Afstand tot het strand: 100 meter. Kamer en ontbijt zijn prima. Er is een afgesolten parkeertereein dat snachts bewaakt is. Vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekende bedden.

Great location on the beach, good value for beach hotel. The hallways and floors are a bit worn and dated but the owners have decorated and refurbished the rooms and bathrooms to a nice, modern standard. Person on evening reception was ok but did not go out of her way to help. However, daytime reception and evening bar/restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again if good rate available
