Worst experience

If you want to have a nightmare, please book this hotel. The reception is extremely rude, and your room feels like a jail cell—or perhaps even a jail has a better view than this.

They don’t have a pantry/kitchen. Every single thing comes from there adjacent property. Being it napkins/ tea and takes long time to deliver which makes their service pathetic. They expect their guests to walk into another property to have complimentary breakfast. Breakfast too needs to be improved. No fruits/ juice. Less variety. Less of a hotel more of a good guesthouse.
