Das Appartment ist nahe am Zentrum von Biarritz gelegen und erlaubt es, die stĂ€dtischen StrĂ€nde in 15-20 Gehminuten zu erreichen und auch das Zentrum zu Fuss zu erkunden. FĂŒr Biarritz, wo in der Hochsaison kaum ParkplĂ€tze zu finden sind, ein grosser Vorteil.
Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts hatte die Dusche kein warmes Wasser. In einem warmen/heissen Sommer ist dies kein grosses Problem, doch muss ein solcher Mangel behoben werden.
Die Parkplatzsituation ist in der ersten AugusthĂ€lfte (Hochsaison) schwierig. Es gibt zwar vor den beiden WohnhĂ€usern ParkplĂ€tze, doch sind diese fast immer belegt. Einen Platz zu finden ist GlĂŒcksache. In der Ausschreibung mĂŒsste genauer darauf hingewiesen werden. Man kann nicht davon ausgehen, dass man als Mieter beim Wohnhaus einen Parkplatz findet.
