This lovely, south-facing detached 17th-century farmhouse is set in 1-acre of sheltered gardens, situated on the outskirts of the pretty rural hamlet of Littleham. Ideal for a family get-together. Good country walking and only 3 miles from the coastal footpath and Tarka Trail cycle route. Guests are welcome to use the miles of farm walks shown on the map. Village pub with good food and beer garden, 5 minutes’ walk. Within the grounds is the popular double storey games room with table tennis, pedal tractor, go-kart, toys etc.

Just 3 miles from the historic port and market town of Bideford, and just 5½ miles from the seaside and sandy beach at Westward Ho! Fishing villages with beaches within 20 minutes’ drive include Clovelly, Bucks Mill and Instow. Take a boat trip to Lundy, 3 miles, or visit the Rosemoor RHS gardens and Dartington Crystal Glass Factory, 7 miles. The Tarka Trail and the Big Sheep are both within 10 minutes’ drive - great for a family day out. Two local reservoirs for fishing.

Local activities include swimming, surfing, tennis, horse riding, golf, wind surfing and mountain boarding. A retail shopping outlet and supermarket (online delivery available) are 2½ miles away. There is also a tennis club five minutes away for tennis enthusiasts! Village pub with good food and beer garden, 5 minutes’ walk.
