The cabin is thoughtfully designed to be your perfect mountain basecamp.
• Bedrooms and Bath: Two comfortable bedrooms featuring a queen bed, two twin beds, and a chaise lounge. Full bathroom with bathtub, LED vanity station, and hair dryer. All towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.
• Kitchen and Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials and a Keurig coffee station with pods to start your day right.
• Living Area: Unwind on the large sectional sofa in front of the Smart TV or the crackling gas burning fireplace. A dedicated work desk is also available for those needing to stay connected.
• Entertainment: Challenge your group to a game night! Our collection includes Chess, Checkers, Giant Monopoly, Jumbo Jenga, Dominoes, Mexican Train, Exploding Kittens, PuzzleBright, Tic Tac Toe, 4 in a Row, Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza, and more!

❄️ Winter Travel: We strongly recommend carrying snow chains or cables during winter. Weather and road conditions in Big Bear can change quickly and unexpectedly.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
• 🐾 Pet Friendly: We welcome up to two pets (dogs or cats) as part of your furry family. All pets must be added to the reservation when booking. Pets must be potty trained, well behaved, and cleaned up after. We are excited to have you and your pets enjoy Big Bear!
• 🎉 Special Events and Celebrations: Riley's is a great setting for intimate gatherings, birthday celebrations, and small group getaways. We welcome well mannered groups who respect the space and neighbors. Please message us before booking to discuss your event so we can make sure your stay is a great experience for everyone.
• 💧 Water: If you prefer bottled water during your stay please bring some with you or purchase from nearby grocery stores.
• 🔥 BBQ and Fireplace: Propane refills for the BBQ are not provided and tanks can be refilled at the local DIY store. The indoor fireplace is gas so no wood is needed. Ceramic logs are already in place. Turn the shut off key on the bottom right slightly to start the gas then light the center to get the flame. Adjust by turning the key.
• 🔒 Security: A Ring camera is located at the front and backyard to monitor the property for safety, not for surveillance of guests.
• 📦 Lost and Found: A $50 handling fee plus shipping costs apply for any items left behind within 7 days of checkout.
