This was a great place for three couples and my two children siblings and to gather - not too fancy but clean and comfortable. The place is actually four bedrooms - 1 master king with en suite on the top floor, 1 queen on the bottom floor, 1 other queen that leads out to the hot tub on the bottom floor, and then an additional fourth bedroom that has those triple bunks in kind of a basement space (with a door so itâs private). The triple bunks are really tight height wise so teenagers at most but better for my age kids. The beds were firm. Despite all of our people we felt the bathrooms were enough. The kitchen needs more baking dishes, cookie sheets, wine glasses, pint glasses, plastic cups. The washer and dryer did the job but the dryer was very very squeaky. Great entryway mudroom with tons of cubbies. Hot tub was excellent! Views were spectacular. The ski on was great, just a 2 minute walk over to the entryway that leads you right to iron horse. The ski off was okay (take powder ridge) and could be done by most although a little steep at the end, and you still have to bring your stuff back to the house (2-3 minute walk), but very convenient. Overall exceeded our expectations because we were not expecting that third bedroom and bunk space to be separate! Great communication with management company.
