Pour faire le checkin ( de façon électronique) il m a été demandé de régler à nouveau la chambre alors que tout était réglé à hotels.Com sinon je ne pouvais pas entrer dans la chambre. C’est intolérable maintenant de devoir batailler à cause de la double tarification qui m’a été imposée. Et les agents d hôtels.com ne comprennent pas la situation
