The entire place was clean. The cappuccino machine was a great touch. Every staff member we encountered during our stay were very friendly and welcoming. It was also very cool that the Hotel provided a thanksgiving meal for travelers who were there on thursday. We did have a chance to enjoy the hot tub too which was perfect.

I had to cancel my trip. I called Boothill inn and Suites to cancel. I was told unfortunately that I would not get a refund because I booked with Expedia and it was non-refundable. Medical circumstances happen and I think it is unfair of Expedia to refuse refunds because of a cancellation. I will never book a hotel again through second party. From now on I will call the hotel and talk to a real person. I'm not happy.
