Friday night I was in room 142 there were two dogs and one 43 that barked so I went up front desk and complained they kept barking until 10:30 I went up and complained again and talked to one of the other people that stayed there in the same hallway and told them there was they had two choices that kept them kick them people out or open the freaking door and I'll step on them dogs head and that'll be the end of it the next morning I went up and complained again and the two guys that were there said there was no problem last night they freaking lied right to my face

The room was spacious, but humid. We liked opening the window to let in fresh air. The pool was great, with a water slide for the kids. Breakfast included bagels, fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, fruit, coffee tea, and juice. We did not need the microwave and refrigerator in the room, so we unplugged it to have a quieter room. The door lock was a bit quirky, we had to keep getting new door key cards to open the door. Overall, very good value for the money.

We stayed ONE HOUR AND THEN CHECKED INTO A DIFFERENT HOTEL!!! We got in the room and there’s garbage under the table, dirty chairs, and a horrendous smell, that was the moldy shower curtain. We asked for it to be changed and clean and they just changed the shower curtain. There was dirt all over the bed and in the shower. Sticky drawers and refrigerator, it was so gross. We were there one hour and we ate the price of the room and went next door and rented another room. We will never go back, we were in town for multiple dr appts for kids. Never again!!

The outside entrances were not working. the lamps in the room were also non-operational. I checked all switches; I also checked the light bulbs. for whatever reason the only light in the room that was working was the bathroom light. I had to visit the front desk to get my key card reprogrammed daily, lots of dead bugs in the shower. I'm thankful I brought my own toiletries because all that was in the room was a complimentary bottle of lotion. I did not use the coffee pot in the room because it was dirty to the point of, I was afraid I would get sick if I used it. The smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke in the hallway made me physically ill. So, the 'no smoking' in the rooms is not correct advertising. The response from the front desk was minimal apologies at best, but I did not receive action on any of the issues I brought up to them. Overall, I do not recommend staying here unless you just need a bed to sleep in for a few hours of sleep.

The floor was super filthy. It turned my white socks black. I am not sure if they are swept and mopped between guests. The fridge in my room was freezing everything in it, my milk I had purchased from a local market wasn’t use because it was solid.

The property is over. They are trying to keep up, but they just can't. The hotel was out of regular coffee pods for the rooms. The Wi-Fi went out. How to wait for 30 minutes to an hour before we had service on TV. No phone call no Rebate for refund. No bar soap in the room. The property could be great. Decent location just needs a lot at t l c

Just don't.

First room they gave us was unlocked, propped open, filthy, with pizza boxes and weed smell. Told the guy at the desk and he gave us a new room. No apologies. Didn't even acknowledge it. Didn't tell me the new room number. Not actively rude, but didn't seem to care at all.
