Staff was great the room was not that great the bathroom sink was slow draining. We had to get a shower curtain from the cleaning staff there was no shower curtain.

Good value for the price. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms could use new grouting to spruce them up. Pool and hot tub (1 was out of order) were nice. The extra charge of $5 to use the water slide was I unexpected! Staff was friendly & accommodating.

Sheets had some stains. Shower curtain was old and stained. Floor looked dirty. Was told breakfast was at 6, arrived to the area and was told biscuits and gravy now, the rest at 7. The juice was not filled, the biscuits and gravy were cold, and we could see through a shaded window where there were a tray of eggs sitting in the open.

The biggest issue was they would not allow our service dog(medical alert) to be with his boy on deck by the pool. We were told to take the dog out. So essentially we all had to leave. We were not impressed by the staff regarding this issue as they are wrong in this. and will never stay there again.

10/10 don’t recommend. Booked this hotel over christmas for the slide in the pool for the kids. Slide was broken the entire time as well as one of the hot tubs. key cards stopped working every couple of hours so kept having to get new key cards over our 4 day stay. Room was dirty and not clean. very sketchy hotel, i don’t recommend!

I picked this hotel because it had 2 hot tubs. Both hot tubs wee dirty and 1 sprayed water out of the pool and the other didn't work. I rented a non-smoking room which smelled. The bathroom repair was poorly done. You could see the pipes over head.

We were given 2 rooms before waking into one that had been cleaned. The third room we ended up staying in was subpar at best the window had been left open and it was 29 degrees, no shower curtain so we could not shower, dirt in the corners, and the bowl of the sink was sticky it was so dirty. Every garbage on the property was literally iver flowing, the hallways and stair carpet was filthy, and the fire alarm went off twice in the morning from people cooking and burning food in their rooms. Inexpensive we can handle but this is deplorable.

One hot tub and the water slide was broken. The first room didn’t have a tv remote and not cleaned. Second room was good but they didn’t have blankets in the middle of winter so had to go buy our own.
