This was a stop on our journey to Missoula. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was more than expected. Enjoyed the coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar 24/7. The room was clean, a bit small and in need of minor updates. Examples: wall repairs that needed paint and blackout curtains that were worn.

We often stay here when traveling to Billings as it's easy to get to off the freeway, reasonably priced and close to Cracker Barrel (my husband's favorite.) Had a problem with the room key working, and then later discovered we had no TV remote. The staff worked with us to remedy these situations and we ended up with a satisfactory room and a quiet night's stay. The front desk girl made sure everything turned out exemplary. Thank you!

Staff was friendly, but the room had not been cleaned very good. My feet were black from just walking on the floor (pergo-like flooring). I pulled the shower curtain away from the tub and the tub was dirty. The ice bucket was in the fridge from the last occupant, which tells me the room was not properly cleaned. I had driven 9 1/2 hours and i was so tired, i didnt say anything. The hallways smelled of cigarettes and marijuana and attempted air freshener. Soda machine didnt work either. Not recommended 😕
