Liked: parking for trailers, quiet, a/c worked great, nice breakfast Could be better: some cracks in the paint, bed was a bit too firm, only three small pillows. I requested another pillow two times and never received it. Great value for the money.

Pros: By far the best part of the stay was the staff, especially Erika at the front desk. She was outstanding - very friendly and helpful! The property was safe (enough), likely the safest of the budget hotel options in Billings. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and clean. Cons: The room had various hair ties and bobby pins throughout it, indicating that it hadn't been well-cleaned (both nightstands, carpet, etc). All of throughout the room, and the carpet showed evident signs that it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Neither the shower or either sink drained well - the shower was worse though. A 5 minute shower resulted in a half full bathtub.

Better breakfast items would be a start and not to have stale cereal. The rooms should be clean and not have come stains on the blankets. Front desk staff should be more welcoming and less rude and frustrated dealing with a loaded plate.

When I arrived there were mold stains in the toilet which were simply a result of the inside of the toilet not being changed. The night desk person came up and cleaned the toilet for me and it looked great in a matter of like 2 minutes. Cleaning person was obviously just not doing their job. Plus the bed was mad, but when I pulled back the sheets there was some sort of stain. I thought maybe it was just a stain that didn't come out in the wash, but when I pulled the sheet off it stuck to the mattress that had the same stain below. Again the night desk person apologized and brought me all newly washed bedding - sheets, blankets, and bed spread. Breakfast was ok, the gravy for the biscuits and gravy was good, but the eggs were very watery. Overall, the place is a little run down, but it wouldn't have been a big deal if they were to clean it better.
