The room was assigned to me early in the day, but was evidently put on the last room to be cleaned. We were expecting to at least check in at 3:00 check-in but that didn’t happen. We were give some comps for eating because I asked for some compensation,but thought it would have been automatic with all the issues we had.

There was hair all in the bathtub. We only took showers expecting them to clean the tub when they cleaned the room. The hair was never cleaned out dirong our entire stay. It would be different if it was a small amount of hair, but it wasn't.
