Overall, we are impressed with the location and cleanliness of this property. We enjoyed our short stay in Biloxi at this property. The booking process was easy, but SHEESH check-in was a nightmare. We arrived at the property right at 3pm so we assumed we could enter. We entered the door code, which worked, but the room had linens strewn across the couch and it was not ready. We returned to our vehicle with our bags and messaged the property manager. The cleaning service was in the room and told us that she was not told anyone would be in the unit so it was not ready. We had to call the property manger who told us unfortunately the room was not ready (which we could obviously see). We planned our arrival for 3pm which gave plenty of time for us to prepare for our evening event. We left and asked for notification when the property would be available and no one contacted us. We arrived back at 4pm (cutting it close for our plans) and found the unit available. We were very frustrated and disappointed with the poor communication between the property manager and the cleaning service and us. The automated door lock is very frustrating and does not work sometimes (upon lock and unlock). The bath showed provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash but that was not provided and we planned on using those provisions so we were without all 3. The unit otherwise was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. It was close to everything we wanted to do and very close to the beach.
Iâm upset that they didnât mention there was a trick to opening the door, I put the PIN number in numerous of times, would hear the lock click but it wouldnât open. I had all my belongings outside in 85 degree weather, Along with food that we needed to cook , raw chicken & sauces etc very inconvenient!! Until we called the customer service though it was a pin issues however there was a âtrickâ to open the door requires you to do more than expected. How would anybody feel spending 300 on a vacation rental and not having an EASE of access., where you have to juggle the handle or lift the door handle.
This apartment checked all the boxes for our needs. Quiet location near the beach. Although we didnât do much cooking, there seemed to be kitchen equipment to do just about anything. Supplies were plenty. Furniture was OK for relaxing. Third floor and no elevator as mentioned in listing but we managed. Would say here again. Thanks Debbie!
This is a good choice if you need a clean, easy to get to, no frills accommodation in Biloxi.
Based on a previous review, we thought we were getting a balcony with a view to sit out and enjoy. However the balcony overlooks a parking lot/AC units and has no furniture. Just know before you go and you wonât be disappointed.
Everything was good until the smoke detectors (both of them) started going off at 4:11am. We could not reach the smoke detectors to try to remove battery. After 45 minutes of listening to the beep, we had to leave. I messaged the host and she suggested I remove them and put them in the hall closet to muffle the sound. We could not reach them. If you stay here, bring a ladder and batteries. Our plans were ruined for the day.
The property was close to the coliseum for the concert we went to, which was perfect for walking. Along with the beach right across the street. It was perfect. There is a great view from the balcony to watch the sunrise. A short drive to other attractions. Excellent communication with the property manager. I would stay here again. Highly recommended to others.
Location was nice. Accommodation was nice, stairs to third floor ( I had a broken foot but managed) not easy to carry things up and we had rain. We survived. Location was a little noisy with other guest staying below. Overall nice.
