This is our 2nd night here and we are impressed. Staff is very attentive and helpful as well as friendly. Only negative is on the 4th floor the water pressure is a little low, But doable We will return here.

Check-in is on the 2nd floor as this hotel is right on the beach across from the gulf. Staff was great and very helpful. Parking is on the 1st floor with some covered parking (nice in the summer Mississippi heat). We had a nice view of the gulf from our room. Breakfast is a hot breakfast and it was good with a decent selection. Hot coffee and juice included. It cost a little more to be on the gulf but it makes the attractions convenient to get to. Overall, very pleased.

The hotel itself was great, location wonderful right across the beach a close to local nice restaurants. Unfortunately our bathroom smelled horrible as if someone got sick and it was not properly sanitized. It smelled so bad that even the towels and room smelled badly. We went to the front desk and we were kindly relocated to a different room… well that room’s AC was not working properly, so muggy in there that the windows were fogged up. We were so tired from traveling and didn’t have the energy to request a third room, fought the heat through the night. The hotel itself was nice overall if we had cooler room it would have made it a more enjoyable stay because the beds were very clean and comfortable.

Just okay.

Called to ask what time we could check in, the girl told us to come on, we were ready to check in. When I showed up she said that we couldn’t check in until 4. When I questioned why she said that we must have called the wrong hotel. I showed her the number we called. It was correct. She then stated she didn’t know who we had spoken to but it wasn’t her and our room wasn’t ready. So I go back down to the car to tell my husband, who calls back, talks to the same girl he had just spoken to, also the same girl I had just talked to, and asked why she told us we could check in when clearly we couldn’t. She said that it must have been her co worker because it wasn’t her, as she had only been there 5 minutes. We wanted her to admit her mistake, but she refused. Very disappointed in the check in process. Bed aren’t super comfy. Water was go off and come back on during showers. Wasn’t the worst have stayed at but definitely not the best. Next time I will try a different hotel.

I do like a property where the check in desk is on the first floor so everyone has to walk in that way or use a room key to open the dorr. Feels safer than just getting on an elevator without using a room key scan
