Location was great as we walked to the concert and a short drive to everything. If you are a light sleeper this might not be for you as there were many dogs. It was clean however smelled very musty and you can tell dogs stay at this hotel. Pillows are flat. Definitely needs upgraded but it was not the worst.

Terrible service and motel. They didn’t answer the phone after 3 calls when our flight was delayed and then just cancelled our reservation with no messages or notice to us. We arrived the next day, exhausted, to be turned away from our second night booked and they wouldn’t honor the reservation. Extremely frustrating. Will never use this chain again.

This place is terrible. Will be my last time ever staying . Staff are security are extremely rude. The whole building smelled of cigarettes and weed. Stairwell had cigarettes in it. Terrible stay and would not recommend

Room was not at all as advertised. Small room, outdated. No coffee pot in room, and the typical amenities such as shampoo and conditioner were only available from a vending machine for $3 to $4 a piece.Room and linens only done every third day. Elevator and whole third floor reeked of marijuana. Air conditioner sounded like it would give out any minutes. Only one luggage cart for the entire property. Not what I expected from a major brand next door to a major venue.

Reservations for 3 - 2 adult 1 -11 yr old.only 2 towels 2 wash cloth..no toiletries. Beds were ok. Rained so couldnt go beach or pool(no fault of facility) Such a small TV to watch.
