This is more on Hotels.com, I booked the stay at star Inn actually through Google because I did not want to go and use Hotels.com. It automatically referred me to Hotels.com. I set the date for the night that I was traveling, which was the 13th and by the time I paid it, the Hotels.com app had changed it to the 28th so when I went to the motel, they had no idea what I was talking about and when I showed them my itinerary, they were the ones that caught it. They said it for two weeks in advance that’s on Hotels.com. The motel would not change the date for me and Hotels.com. It took probably four calls And tried to do the online thing. Did not get anything done with it at all. Finally, I got a hold of a person in the Hotels.com who charged me seven more dollars to book it for that night just a rip off. This is why I did not want to deal with them. That’s the truth. Therefore, they have a very unhappy customer and it took me two hours to do what should’ve been done in five minutes.

I definitely think this is a you get what you pay for type of hotel. It isnt the best looking or the fanciest hotel in Biloxi, but it is great for a short stay. On my most recent stay here there was a group of individuals yelling in the parking lot for about an hour, which made me feel slightly unsafe having a young child with me. The second level is not wheelcahir/stroller accessible, so I had to carry my child up and down the stairs each time we needed to leave. Other than those minor issues, the place is great.

Worse one of all not, Worth the money at all...

No compensatory breakfast like the sight said, bed was made but was dirty as hell like there was seman on it or something, toilet was dirty shower too floors and sink as well bathroom door was hard to open and close because it was completely messed up it was hard to sleep hearing very loud familys outside, and the door to the room didn't close completely at all and made me and my fiance and kids nervous to sleep because of it so we just stayed for a night and checked out 1 hour early because of the tarable stay.

Location location location Great views of the ocean and surroundings. if the owners spent a bit more time policing the property the climate level would go up and i wouldn't have had to watch some idiot jerking off in his car.. lucky me - got to practice turning another cheek !
